Refund policy

Firstly, if you need to consider a refund or a return, that means you placed an order in our store. Thank you! You're not only making it possible to cover hosting costs, but we can also support the charities we're working with.

 

Refunds and returns 
All products in The Walrus Crew shop are made especially for you. However, if there is a problem with the size, please contact us at tobyswalruscrew@gmail.com. We will do our best to find the best solution for you - be it a refund, a return, or an exchange.  

The products listed in the Independent Artists Collection are linking to external order & fulfilment services, which we have no control or affiliation with. In relation to returns or refunds for products ordered via external pages - please contact the relevant service provider.

 

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make the things right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
